Mixed messages about which building. Booking dot com said one building in the app. Email from vendor via booking dot com said another building.
Key under door mat apparently. Obviously it wasn’t. Door was unlocked with key on the inside.

they didn't provide me the access card, so i have to contact the security guard everytime i go to the building and parking

On the good side they tried to resolve problems quickly.
The apartment was dirty when we entered. Food crumbs and stains. Smelly couch 😩. Overall the apartment seems to be worn out and not good value for money. They also don’t provide the access card so you need to ask the staff to go the gym. The receptionists didn’t have the card themselves so I ended up waiting a lot.
