Next door to an Excellent Restaurant!

First, there is no elevator, and the steps to the second floor are winding. The room was large, and we liked the view. Close to the bus station, taxi stand, and a wonderful restaurant! "Suvlaki" is next door. Don't waste your time going to another restaurant. Also, a nice bakery is just around the corner.

I didn't see any provision for heat in the bathroom, and it was cold even at this time of year. (Oct) Would not be good in the Winter. We had trouble getting in touch with the hostess on a US cell phone. (Made the call from a local phone.) Front door is a little tricky to find.

Perfect for our two night stay.

Great location for buses or walking into centre. Cafes on doorstep. Windows were great at shutting out any traffic noise so it was quiet. Any queries were answered quickly. Perfect instructions on finding the apartment, including photos.

Two flights of stairs would not be good for anyone with mobility problems or very heavy luggage. Apartment was great but more like a hotel room than somewhere with character but that was a minor expectation - we’d definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Great location, less than a minute to walk into the old town & situated on top of restaurants/cafes. Apartment was clean & tidy upon checking in.

Extremely bad soundproofing, I am not someone to complain but we had a group of females staying in another apartment that continuously woke us up from midnight-5am literally screaming, playing music & bashing on doors. Sounded as if they were in our room, so loud & disruptive. (not the owners fault of course, but something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise). Throughout our 3 day stay, there was no house keeping. So keep in mind that you will be reusing bedsheets/towels & toilet paper is not flushable - So you will need to empty your own bin to avoid smells.

A comfortable and well-located apartment that made our Corfu stay truly enjoyable.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent—close to the old town, shops, and restaurants. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout the stay.

The perfect place to stay in Corfu Old Town

The room was spacious, well-decorated and we found everything that we need. The location is also a plus - very close to the Old Town and public transportation. The hosts were also very responsive and helped us with some recommendations.

A well located modern property; spoilt by excessive noise from music rehearsals below.

The keys were in the lock box ahead of schedule. Good location - on the 15 bus route connecting the Airport and Port Walkable to the old town. The decor was simple and clean.

The first floor, directly below our room, has several rehearsal studios. Our room acted as a ‘sounding box’ amplifying the ‘music’ from below; drowning out the busy traffic junction outside! There was loud music practice sessions each evening of our stay. It was like being in a theatre when musicians are tuning their instruments - not good! On the final evening, when we needed to rest before our flight there was music amplified to a painful level until gone 10:30 pm. We were unable to talk to each other or watch videos etc. We wanted rest but it was more peaceful on the surrounding streets! The hosts need to take action regarding the use of the first floor - a music studio and holiday accommodation should not be in the same building! The side of the shower screen and door leak - it needs fixing.

It could have been better.

The room was clean and renovated

The room was on the second floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry our stuff on the stairs. The walls were very thin so it was a bit noisy.

Disappointing

The location

Very small - doesn’t look like the pictures The stairs to the 2 ond floor very narrow and curvy. For suit case it’s very difficult. Got soaps and towels only once although stayed 2 nights. The first day there was a problem with the AC but the owner came and fixed it. The safe was broken so couldn’t leave any value things in the room. In the evening no hot water to wash. When I text the owner she said it because all the rooms are full so it’s difficult to be hot for everyone 🙄The total feeling is that it’s very overpriced. Payed 250 euro for night when the real price should be 100-150. Very disappointing.

The property is well renowned. The owner and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Planning to visit Corfu every year and this would be the premise we are going to book every time. As it’s very close to all things that are must visit.

Exceptional hosting, superb room and lots of amazing small touches

Sladja was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay at Amalphi was special, met us on arrival, gave great recommendations and the place was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable and kept the fridge stocked for us. Shower was exceptional and great AC unit. So glad we booked Amalphi for our stay in Corfu

The room was very clean and everything was modern in a old building and this was charming. The location was perfect in the center of korfu. The host was always for questions ready and helps us. She wanted to give us the feeling like to be in a hotel, but it was more personally and familiar.

Great accomodation, great location, great service.

Our first impression of the accomodation were seeing Sladjana the Manager waiting for us downstairs to greet us and take us up to our room. When its your first time in a new city and your not sure where to go and to have the Managment meet you at ground level and take you to the room I have not had that kind of service and was very impressed. Sladja was amazing greeting us and wanting to make sure we had a pleasant trip and taxi ride and that we diddnt get ripped off by cab drivers. When we saw the room we were extremly happy as it was exactly like the pictures posted. Airconditioned room, complimantry wine and muffins, water all inclusive. The bathroom was amazing looked brand new, fantastic toilt and shower. This is definatley a place to saty if you are looking for something central. Across the road was a great cafe called My Habit with great food and coffee and ther place is very central to all key locations. If heading to Corfu you cannot go past staying at AMALPHI you will not be dissapointed.

За 5 дни нито веднъж не беше почистено, което за първи път ми се случва и смятам за недопустимо. Без смяна на бельо- това не е проблем, без смяна на кърпи - толкова е влажно, че те нямат изсъхване, кото отидохме имаше 2 рола тоалетна хартия и никой не донесе повече, 4 малки шампоанчета и никой не донесе повече, 1 пръст течен сапун и той свърши на първия ден- за боклука да не говорим, като нямат политика да го изхвърлят и да почистват да си напишат и хората да знаят и поне да остават чували , за да си ги изхвърляме сами . Всичкото това човек може да си го купи и допълнително, но и изключително разочароващо според нас . Определено за първи път попадаме на подобно място и не го препърчвам на никого!

Moderne et très bien équipé, localisation idéale

Très bon logement ! La localisation est idéale, coller à l'hyper centre, à côté des bus, c'est parfait. Le logement est très propre, moderne, parfaitement équipé, et le balcon fait la différence. Les hôtes ont été plus que parfait avec nous, une très bonne communication, un joli geste pour lanniydr ma compagne et attentif à nos questions.

La proximité vraiment tout près de l’ancienne ville, des arrêts de bus pour aller au port ou à l’aéroport vraiment top. Explication également claire pour accéder au logement.

ישנו לילה אחד בקורפו טאון ולא יכולנו למצוא דירה יותר טובה מזאת, ממש במרכז, הדירה הייתה חדשה, נקייה, מקלחת ושירותים גדולים, קפה ושתייה בחדר, הבעלים היה ממש נחמד ועזר בכל שאלה ודאג שתהיה לנו שהות טובה, נחזור בוודאות ממליצה מאוד!! פשוט שהייה מדהימה

Exceptionnel séjour dans le cœur de la ville de Corfu, le logement est parfait et tout à disposition.

La propreté, la grandeur et l’emplacement. Idéal pour visiter Corfu.

La seule chose que je pourrais dire c’est les nuisances sonores. Un Check out à 11:00 serait appréciable
