The location is very good! It can be noisy but it's expected due to the centric location. The room was comfortable and the bed as well.
The bathroom of the room 1 is private which is nice but the door is not easily sliding. It's very small but it works well, and again, it's nice that you don't have to share it.

L’emplacement, la chambre propre, la gentillesse de l’hôte
Peu d’intimité, ma chambre avait une porte peu épaisse avec des vitres. J’ai très mal dormis à cause des autres locataires qui faisaient du bruit et allumaient les lumières devant ma chambre. Sans oublier qu’à minuit le premier soir, un locataire a harcelé la sonnette car il ne pouvait pas rentrer dans l’immeuble ce qui m’a réveillé et j’ai dû lui ouvrir…
