Koukounaraki Apartment 1

The location is secluded on the hills, providing amazing views over Skiathos, yet only five minutes away to the center by car. If you're into plane spotting, the airport can also be seen from afar. The host is very kind and attentive. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything.

Apartment had a beautiful view with access to a balcony. Host was very nice and welcoming. We had all what we needed for a family of 4, washing machine, kitchen facilties. Location is close to airport, bakery grocery stores, old town.Would recommend a car or ATV as walking in a heat wave would be a little challenging for some.We had a private parking which was a plus.

Having to leave after 5 days. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only very very small.issue that our kids mentioned was that the tv satelite would.lose signal at times.

The apartment is magnificent, recently renovated, very clean and spacious. You will find there anything that you might need (washing machine, iron, hairdryer, cutlery and so on...). The terrace offers a beautiful view of the main town and the Port. There's even a large garage, to keep you car/rental safe and in the shade. Hosts are wonderful people, it was a pleasure meeting them. Overall, absolutely great accommodation.

Wi-Fi is poor, especially in the evenings. You are better off using the mobile network service. You will need a car to reach this location, as it's quite secluded. And there's quite a long and steep hill you need to climb to reach it. The access road is narrow, large vehicles/SUVs not recommended. No supermarkets/shops nearby, you need to drive down, almost to the main town, for shopping.
