I arrived in the facility on a Sunday and requested for early checkin. The host is informed prior, unfortunately the caretaker was not in the facility. It took us sometime to have things arranged. All and all it was fixed but hopefully done better. Also for the early checkin I agreed to be charged additional 100 php per hour. Standard checkin is said to bee 12 noon. I arrived in the buiding around 9:30am. I was charged 400 php, i paid it anyways for less stress & expaining to owner. Next time let's be factual with agreed charges.
