Property was clean but was not ready when we showed up 2hrs. after the check-in time we had mentioned. We were made to wait another hour until the cleaning staff got the apartment ready with no acknowledgment of the mistake.

Unlike many vacation rentals we've stayed in, there were no basic kitchen supplies such as coffee, tea, or sugar, which is expected given the price and is a nice touch for arriving guests. We also found that the kitchen cutlery and pots were not properly cleaned and many still had food residue on them. Finally, the unit became very hot. While we understood that there was no air conditioning, the fans provided were not sufficient to keep the space comfortable, especially during warmer weather.
