Welcome to my apartment, my name is Ana Dias, a former Portuguese marathon runner, and four-time Olympian, and I will be happy to host you in my apartment!
The apart-hotel is located within the Janelas do Mar complex, between Albufeira's old town and the exciting Oura strip. This strategic location allows for easy access to the Algarve's fantastic beaches, golf courses, and local nightlife, whilst enjoying relaxing days by the pool in one of the resort's three large swimming pools (one heated indoor).
The flat is a 6-minute drive from Praia dos Alemães, 7 minutes from Leixão dos Alhos, and 7 minutes from Praia da Oura.

THE SPACE
This nice apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, one bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with a pool view where you can enjoy your meals or chill after a day at the beach.
The House is equipped with:
Fridge, Freezer, Tableware, Coffee Machine, Electric Kettle, Microwave, Juicer, Toaster, Iron, and a Hair Dryer.

Public parking is available near the building.

Guests can use the common pools for free.

The apartment was a good value for the price. It is as shown in the pictures. Overall the apartment and furniture are in good condition. The building and the amenities are a bit old but serviceable. The building is in a residential area. So it is quiet at night except for the odd building resident coming in late at night. You will hear all sound from the halls and surrounding rooms. There are very few restaurants within 10 minute of walking. So you will need to take a 5 Euro taxi to get to the popular areas. The bed is very firm. We bought an air mattress for 20 euros to cover the bed and it was fine. There is only a cooktop Hob and a microwave so you are limited in what you can cook. The television is small but you should be enjoying the outdoors instead of watching TV. This is not the most accessible building for people with mobility issues. The washroom doesn't have grab bars and the pool and hot tub don't have anything to hold onto when you are stepping in or out.If you can live with these limitations it is a nice place for a reasonable price.
