Annamaria is a great host and a very helpful person that will look after your needs during the stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. It is positioned at a walking distance of aprox. 15 minutes from Ortigia.

c erano tutti i comfort tra cui lavatrice e ferro da stiro. addirittura un ombrellone per la spiaggia! piccole chicche apprezzatissime. silenzioso! ben ristrutturato.

Annamaria nous a accueilli en français ! L’appartement est très bien, lit un peu dur. La douche est super! Tout est propre et l’emplacement est ok, il faut marcher un peu pour arriver au centre ville. Très facile de se garer dans la rue de l’appartement
Nous étions deux amies donc l’une d’entre nous dormait sur le canapé lit (très confortable) mais n’avait pas de climatisation qui est dans la chambre, ce n’est pas idéal mais ce n’était pas tres grave

AnnaMaria est si sympathique, et elle fait de son mieux pour régler les petits problèmes. L'appartement est idéal pour joindre Ortygia, et le parking dans les rues voisines est gratuit, toujours disponible. Très appréciable !
Tout est très bien, juste des éclairages plus intimes peut-être ?
