Heritage Apartment at Berindey French Villa, City Center, Bucharest

Florín es un anfitrión fabuloso, nos recibió con una cesta de frutas, bombones, una botella de vino, esos detalles que te hacen sentir especial. El apartamento está completamente nuevo dentro de un palacete en un barrio céntrico y señorial. Muy limpio y confortable.

Only 25 min from Otopeni airport at a central location to explore Bucharest's Old Town, Place of Parliament, Romania's History Museum, etc. The flat is situated on the top floor of a classic building and is spacious enough for a 4 member family. The double-glazing windows have a built-in mesh to prevent insects from flying in and are equipped with blackout roller blinds and are perfect for soundproofing during the night as some of the neighbourhood's dogs like to stay up "Mediterranean style" :-) The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there are plenty of mini markets and restaurants within walking distance. The bathroom and shower are great. The flat was super clean, modern, freshly painted, and tastefully decorated with modern art with an air conditioning unit in the living room and a "smart" TV, which was a bonus for the kids. Overall my family and I had an amazing time here. Last but not least I'd like to say a big thanks to our host Florin who welcomed us and provided us with helpful information on our arrival to the property and answered any queries promptly via WhatsApp whenever I had any questions.

The bedrooms can get hot at night in the summer - this is expected for Romania in the summer - but having the doors ajar with the living room's air conditioning unit on and the air fans on helps. The flat is up two flights of stairs so if you have a heavy suitcase ask for one of your party members to help you.

Appartement très bien équipé dans un quartier central, dans une maison charmante. Florin nous a fait un accueil sur mesure en personne avec petites attentions et excellents conseils. On reviendra 10/10
