Masseria Luigi Flora

Struttura curata in ogni dettaglio, camera elegante e spaziosa. Biancheria di pregio, pulizia eccellente, cucina comune dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ad ogni suite è destinato un frigorifero ad uso privato. È presente una zona lavanderia molto comoda. La piscina è una vera perla…a sfioro e con acqua salata. Un ringraziamento alla signora Flora, perfetta padrona di casa.

Era tutto perfetto

Magnifique propriété très bien restaurée isolée au milieu des oliviers. Très calme. Grande chambre avec décoration de bon goût. Grand lit confortable. Belle salle de bains avec grande douche. Propreté impeccable. Bon petit déjeuner. Grande piscine. Propriétaire très attentionnée et arrangeante. Ne parle pas anglais mais on s’est quand même compris. La voiture est indispensable.

Bellissima Masseria a 15 min dal centro di Ostuni. Bella la struttura (forse meglio delle foto) e ottima la colazione molto abbondante per noi…

nulla da segnalare, solo come consiglio: sarebbe carino offrire qualche servizio in più durante la giornata per chi resta in piscina (es qualcosa da bere, ovviamente a pagamento)

The property was beautiful and well kept all things considered. The room also looked beautiful and like the pictures.

Upon arriving to our room after 24 hours of travel, we discovered that all of the bed linens were wet. Not even just damp, but wet to the touch. We had to quickly strip the beds and figure out how to hang dry all of the linens in hoping they would be at least somewhat dry in time for a decent bed time. Throughout our entire stay, we had to keep the door open and the heater on at night to keep the room somewhat dry and aired out as it smelled very musty. There was mold growing in the shower and you could see lines near the bottoms of the walls where there was water damage. We visited other Masseria’s while there and did not notice this damp, smelly issue anywhere else. By the end of our stay, all of our clothes smelled like that same musty smell in the room. On our first morning, we opened the door to leave and there was a single key in the outside lock of our room. This was obviously very concerning as we are a group of three women. I messaged the host and asked for more information about this and did not receive a response. Lastly, this location is extremely remote and not walkable. You have to rent a car to get to the nearby town, about 10 minutes drive, or to Ostuni which is about a 20 minutes drive. All in all, this is a very bare bones accommodation. There is a kitchen and living room but they are common areas and separate from the “family suite” I booked. Beautiful property and room, just wish it was advertised a bit more accurately.
