Beautiful House in the bush

The facilities such as toilet that was blocked and bath water that took over 2 hours to drain

The entire property is breath-taking; everything about the place is top-tier, from the rooms to the private pool.

There is nothing to dislike about the place.

The pool

Beautiful setting. Very clean and neat. Very easy to access the keys and get into the house. A bit of a strange set up with the shower being outside, and having to walk around the house to go shower for both the cottage and the house. The plug in the bath does not seal properly so there was no option for a bath, you needed to shower. Overall lovely but a few things to fix.

Unfortunately the booking agent was not responsive. I had to get hold of them numerous times to get the check in details. The code to the estate they sent me was only valid for a day, and we got locked out of the estate for 2 hours. Unable to get hold of the booking agents, even though they have an emergency number. No apology either. The gas to the hot water had run out, as easy as this is to change ourselves, there was unfortunately no gas to replace it with. Maybe this is something to check before guests arrive.
