Beautiful 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom pool & spa Villa
This stunning 4 bed 3.5 bath villa with luxury furnishings located on the exclusive gated resort of Highgate Park. A spacious, contemporary open plan living area with a sofas and plenty of space for relaxing. Watch the TV or relax with a good book!
The fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. A huge selection of plates, bowls and glasses for both indoor and outdoor use. Fully stocked kitchen cupboards with everything you could need to create your own meals. Two bar stools provide seating at the breakfast bar. Dining area with large table and six chairs for fabulous family meals. Laundry room with large washing machine and a large dryer.
Master suite with luxurious king size bed with large en-suite with shower, corner bath, large vanity units holding two basins and separate toilet. Beautiful queen size bed and a Hallway Bathroom next to the room. The other 2 rooms has 2 twin beds in each room and a Jack and Jill bathroom between these two bedrooms with bath and shower over, basin in large vanity unit and toilet.
Enjoy the Florida sunshine on our extremely private East Facing pool/spa deck or for those preferring shade there is a covered lanai. Enjoy relaxing evenings whilst sitting or dining by the pool, which can be illuminated. The pool/deck area has covered screening to keep the pool clean and the bugs out. Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee.

Motor vehicles / trailers / heavy objects are prohibited in this garage.
The garage floor in this property has been painted and sealed . It’s sole purpose is for guests to use it for a games room only.
The floor is not strong enough to take the weight of any type of motor vehicle / trailer or heavy objects.

If you are looking for more choices take a quick drive up Highway 192 W where there is an abundance of choices - Carrabba’s, Outback, Bonefish, Manny’s Chophouse, TGI Friday’s etc.
