10-15 min walk to Bourbon Street. Free on road parking. Lots of cars parked overnight and they all seemed safe. Coffee shop across the road from our front door. Very good coffee and friendly staff and locals. Had breakfast twice but closed Sunday sadly. Great communication for gate and door codes-appreciated that these were sent a few days earlier. Clear photos for this as well. This was a cheap stay with a car so that’s a big plus and the main reason we chose this.
This property is in the Treme district. As 2 females walking home in the dark past the park and random groups of men it wasn’t the best. Think about night Ubers. The pillow end of the bed wasn’t against a wall. I kept losing the pillows in the middle of the night. It was too short the way they had it set up and we are not tall people. No coffee machine nor creamers/milk and only a couple of 2 old instant coffee sachets - hard after a long day of driving. Coffee shop is only open in the day.

Great value for money. The apartment is small but extremely comfortable for two and has everything you might need for a short stay (cooking quick meals included). The staff is very friendly and responsive - great communication!
