• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability)

• Maximum occupancy enforced; unauthorized guests or parties will result in a $500 fine
• The terrace is shared with other guests in the building
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Overall the condo was nice, however it was missing a few things in my opinion. There was no toaster which seemed odd, no clock whatsoever in the unit besides the microwave, a keurig, there was a coffee pot but since I'm the only coffee drinker it would be a waste to make a pot for 1 person. Also we needed to buy a bottle opener since there wasn't one in the condo, I would think something like that would be there since it's New Orleans and people do have a few drinks on vacation. One other little annoying thing was the towel rack in the bathroom kept coming off the wall, apparently it was missing the little screw to keep it tight. Like I said Overall it was nice, the area was decent, we never felt unsafe, it was also nice to have a washer and dryer along with the dishwasher and microwave. The bed was very big and comfortable. Getting in was very easy, no issues at all. We would stay there again.

This location is close to all the festivities in the French Quarter and right on Canal. Great restaurants within short walking distance as well as a Walgreens very close by. Had a slight issue and the Hosteeva team was immediately responsive and helpful. Big shoutout to Sara and all of the Hosteeva team.

We had a little trouble finding the exact door to go in. There is not a sign at all. But once we found the right door all else was delightful. Great stay for the price.
