Sapa Riverside Homestay

This was hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered the most breathtaking views. Waking up to such a peaceful setting every morning was truly special. The location was perfect—far enough from the busy city to enjoy complete peace and quiet, yet still convenient to explore the area. The ambience throughout the property was calm, relaxing, and absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, making every morning a pleasure. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Mua, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She was genuinely kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Her positive energy is so contagious. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Vietnam. We will definitely be coming back!

The rooms were very beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable.

We were not informed ahead of time that there was going to be a very loud construction site right in front of the stay that would be working through the night making drilling sounds and shaking the floor. There was no staff present nearly at any point. The water in one of the rooms was cold and there was a stench in the main building on the way to one of the rooms. At the end of our stay they could not create an itemised receipt of invoice of any kind.
