Imagine being amidst nature, surrounded by sky and water, yet with the city on your doorstep. This home is located on the River Seine – but don’t think you’re giving up luxury to stay on a barge. Not only does it have a terrace and a hot tub, but it also has lovely vistas of the river from the inside. You’re not compromising on space either – each bedroom has a private bathroom, dressing room and office, there are two living rooms, two dining rooms and, yes you’ve guessed it, two kitchens, both equipped with a bar. Plus, there’s free parking and a wealth of attractions nearby such as Bois de Boulogne.

*There's free parking in a private parking lot 30 metres away and you can park three vehicles here. Please note that the parking lot is closed between 1am and 6am (in case of emergency, it is possible to leave of course and it is possible to drop off your bags in the morning if you arrive early).
*Unfortunately, this home is not suitable for children under two years old.
*If you're arriving by plane, Orly airport is 21 kilometres, while Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport is 32 kilometres away.
*This boat is on over two floors (something to bear in mind if you have limited mobility).
