Pear Tree House

Pear Tree House is the perfect spot for family / friends to gather for a few days. The house is very well appointed in all rooms with a lovely big kitchen. 4 double bedrooms and a quirky single room are comfortable and have everything you need for your stay. The garden is very nice to sit out and read / work / relax and eat meals in. Communication with Matt was effective and clear. There are lots of little touches throughout Pear Tree House that make your stay very relaxing - from multi point charging cables in every bedroom to a little welcome treat. Everything has been well thought through. All in all, an excellent property in a quiet location close to the Universities and Nottingham City Centre. We would definitely stay here again.

We all had a great stay and really cannot think of anything that would have made it better. Lots of car parking space so that wasn't an issue either.

The house itself was lovely, spacious, had everything we needed. A really quiet area with a lovely back garden. Location was ideal for the itinerary we had.

The property is beautiful and well stocked especially the kitchen. We were a family of ten, and there were lots of cooking to be done and for someone who cooks regularly, I am happy to find a knife sharpener in the kitchen drawers. Nothing is as annoying as prepping for food with a dull knife ! So thank you for thinking of everything and equipping the kitchen so well for us.

Nothing to comment apart from maybe having a few more toilet mats would be handy. The toilet door upstairs doesn’t lock well. Need to be fixed.

Excellent location. Quiet and safe. Very clean. Host was very friendly.

The mattress in the bedroom next to the downstairs bathroom was uncomfortable.
