O apartamento é confortável, bem situado e calmo. O anfitrião era acessível e simpático, estando disponível para o que for preciso. O ar-condicionado é, sem dúvida, uma mais-valia para o calor que se faz sentir no algarve.
Apenas a cozinha que deveria ser um pouquinho recuperada e colocarem mais alguns equipamentos.
