The location and the host approach

De host en eigenaar José doet veel moeite voor zijn gasten. Er lag een goedgevulde fruitmand klaar met een fles water. Ook geeft hij, bijna zoals een conciërge dat in een 5 sterren hotel doet, restauranttips, reistips en helpt hij met het maken van reserveringen in restaurants of biedt hij andere hulp aan. Dit is echt geweldige service!
Hij spreekt ook zeer goed Engels.
Twee deuren verder is een wasserette waar je in een halfuur je was doet en droogt.
Niet negatief bedoeld, maar een reality check. Het appartement is van een particulier. Verwacht geen house-keeping of iets dergelijks. Het appartement is jouw tijdelijke huis met je eigen huishouding, d.w.z. je doet zelf de was, verschoont zelf het bed en zorgt zelf voor schoon textiel (handdoeken, lakens, etc.).

The apartment was in a great location 15 min walk to the beach restaurants and bars.
Very clean and our host jose was always ready to help if there was a problem.
