La posizione!!! Ĕ in centro e a piedi potevo raggiungere tutti i servizi di cui necessitavo. L'appartamento ĕ luminoso e accogliente, abbastanza pulito, da tenete presente che essendo in centro non ĕ tranquillo ma a noi i rumori cittadini o del traffico non hanno mai disturbato.
La Cucina ĕ bellissima ma poco attrezzata, consiglierei di aggiungere delle posate, un tostapane, un ebollitore elettrico cose normali che si trovano ovunque. Probabilmente era chiuso da qualche settimana perché non era pulitissimo. Non andate alle isole!!! Nessuno dice che il palazzo non ĕ visitabile e il giardino ĕ in pessime condizioni!!

Die Nähe zur schönen Uferpromenade; Cafés, Bars, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Parkplatz in absoluter Nähe; Apartment renoviert und in sehr gutem Zustand; Bergsicht
Geräusche durch vorbeiführende Durchgangsstraße, Lattenrost des Schlafzimmer-Bettes fehlten zwei Sprossen -> beim Hinsetzen Risiko des Durchrutschtens.
