Heel ruim en schoon appartement op een perfecte locatie. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar.

De woonkamer werd erg warm maar de slaapkamers waren heerlijk cool.

Veľký milý a ochotný majiteľ. Jeden večer som okolo 3 hodiny ráno mala vážnejšie zdravotné peoblemi pán majiteľ sa o všetko postaral vybavil lekárska odviezol ma do nemocnice. Ubytovanie bolo veľmi čisté a pohodlné blízko pláže a obchodov. Nemám mu čo vyhnúť.

Feroz really was the best host, organising private transfers for us from Colombo airport and accommodating our request for an 'earlier than advertised' check in. He is exceptionally friendly and genuinely wanted to know what we felt about the accommodation, so that he could make any suggested improvements that would make the experience better for future customers. He even invited us for a meal in his own home (downstairs), which was so thoughtful. The accommodation was far bigger than I had expected, with 3 very good sized double bedrooms (all A/C) and each one having its own en-suite shower room with toilet, basin and window, meaning no sharing was required. There is also a good sized kitchen with fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, hob etc and plenty of pans, if you wanted to cook meals yourself. There is also a nicely furnished lounge and separate dining area, with a lovely 6-seater dining table and a TV (if that's important to you). There is also a very useful washing machine on the rear balcony and space to hang out washing to dry if needed (a complete god-send for us!). On the front balcony, there is a small table and chairs, where you can sit and watch the squirrels running along the branches - I think that's what they are anyway? The villa/apartment is literally opposite the lovely surfing beach, so very central and everything accessible and within walking distance.

There was nothing we didn't like. We were really happy with everything.

Классные апартаменты! Три комнаты с собственной ванной комнатой, обеденный стол, есть зона для общего отдыха. Также есть небольшая кухня, на ней все необходимое. В двух комнатах из трех есть кондиционер, в остальных помещениях вентилятор. Удобное местоположение, океан через дорогу. До основного пляжа 5 мин. пешком. Хозяин довольно быстро реагирует на все вопросы, и помогает в их решении.

Отдельная плата за электричество. Было бы удобнее если бы эта стоимость была включена в проживание.
