I love how well-equipped the unit is; it has minibar, small kitchen set (microwave, induction stove etc), enough rack to hang stuff, folding table to save space. The area surrounding the condo has lots of shop lots and eatery places are easy to find.

Toilet isn’t particularly dirty but it definitely feels like it wasn’t cleaned for some time. Ventilation of the toilet is quite bad too. Bed size is rather small (not comfortable for tall people). Check-in process and locating parking were quite challenging and time-consuming.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Ich durfte sogar später als 12 Uhr auschecken, weil mein Flug so spät war. Schnelle Antworten und Top Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Der Gastgeber schickt die Hausregeln und alle Informationen zum kontaktlosen Check-in über WhatsApp. Sehr sicher, weil es am Eingang einen Sicherheitsdienst gibt, der auf das Gelände aufpasst. Der Pool war recht groß. Es gibt einen zweiten Pool mit weniger Kindergeschrei, um Sportschwimmen zu machen. 20 Minuten mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen und vorher Netflix schauen. 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen MiniMarkt, der Gebäck und Kaffee verkauft sowie Sachen zum Kochen. Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Gym war groß und gut ausgestattet.

Die detaillierten Hausregeln mit allem, was nicht gestattet ist, könnte einige Gäste aus bestimmten Kulturen verwirren, die ohnehin kein Alkohol, Schweinefleisch, Drogen etc mit aufs Zimmer nehmen würden. Mich persönlich haben die Regeln nicht gestört, die Alkohol, Schweinefleisch sowie Sex- und Drogenparties ausdrücklich verbieten. Ich gehe davon aus, dass Leute hier nur auf der Durchreise sind und nur einen Ort in der Nähe des Airports suchen und sich ohnehin respektvoll verhalten. Wenn nicht, ist es nicht der richtige Ort für eine Buchung!

Great location! From the airport proximity to local shops, this place is a great choice. The host is very thoughtful in their room design, including things that travelers need to be comfortable. I forgot my universal charger, and was saved by Jugi suites’ careful consideration of including one in the room. Along with an iron, hair dryer, kitchen supplies and even scissors-this place is tops! I had the room with two twin beds, so if you’re traveling withal a friend, it can work.

The building maintenance needs to improve. Not sure why the building’s management lacks care (not Jugi suites fault). There’s a little bit of a weird smell in the bathroom that seems to come from the vent. Maybe if the host puts some form of air freshener in there, it can solve the problem.
