Excellent host, excellent gite, excellent location!

The properties have an enclosed garden where kids can play freely without supervision (badminton, table-tennis, petanque, football); there is also a small fish pond. The location is ideal for visiting nearby attractions as well as nature walks in the agriculture fields. During our visit, it was the colza flowering season.

Table-tennis table is a bit worn and uneven... other than this minor thing, no negative comments.

Super séjour dans une belle maison au calme

Nous avons passé un super séjour aux Sableaux ! La maison est belle avec un grand jardin et de quoi jouer dehors (merci pour l'équipement de badminton !). Les hôtes sont adorables et plein de bons conseils pour les choses à faire dans le coin :). L'arrivée est très facile grâce aux indications données à l'avance. Je recommande sans hésitations !

Nous avons eu un acceuil très sympa avec des conseils en or. Nous avons apprécié le confort, le calme et la situation. Au top pour des balades en vélo, proche des plages et du parc du Marquenterre.

Séjour sympathique

Maison spacieuse. Équipé++ en électro. Soigné et propre. Linges de lit et bains sentent très bon. Matériel disponible à l'extérieur pour activités diverses. Hôte accueillant et très sympathique.

Un matelas est à changer dans une des chambres, heureusement que nous avions le choix avec la seconde chambre. Petites tâches au plafond dans la cuisine. Nettoyage extérieur au niveau des fenêtres serait également chouette. Pas d'explication au préalable de l'électroménager disponible afin de prendre le nécessaire qui irait avec.

L offre précise maison entière alors que le pavillon est partagé.un logement a été créé au dessus de la salle a manger invisible sur les photos l escalier d accès sur le côté et la terrasse donne directement sur les fenêtre de la a salle a manger et le plancher en bois nous fait profiter des péripéties des locataires... literies a revoir après tout le reste est parfait.

Tout était disponible pour notre venue de trois jours … Intérieur cosy, deco sympa Voiture indispensable, pas de commerce à moins de 5 km Les deux chambres sont à l’étage avec une salle de bain wc baignoire douche

À notre grande surprise, nous avons constaté que le terrain et la maison des propriétaires jouxte Les Sableaux … Ainsi qu’une deuxième location. Aucun de ces éléments n’étaient précisé dans l’annonce Ce pavillon comprend donc deux gites Aucune intimité, puisque la terrasse est face aux fenêtres des propriétaires et l’intérieur de la maison est visible par les autres locataires depuis leur montée d’escalier et leur terrasse
