The perfect location for a relaxing seaside holiday

The perfect location. Just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Giovanni was a charming host and gave us great recommendations for things to do in Sestri Levante.

Excellent and would highly recommend the location and cleanliness of the apartment

The location was amazing, the host was so helpful with helping to organise activities plus making cots and high chairs available for our stay, the apartment was clean and new, and the patio was lovely to sit outside and eat with water views.

Appartamento semplicemente perfetto, pulitissimo e arredato in modo moderno, con tutto nuovo e curato nei dettagli. Il garage a due passi è una comodità preziosa, così come il piccolo balconcino che offre uno sfogo piacevole, soprattutto in inverno. I letti sono comodissimi, con doppi guanciali che garantiscono un riposo vero. Qui ci si sente davvero a casa, in modo naturale e non artefatto: i libri, la macchinetta per l’espresso sempre pronta, il Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionante. La posizione è ideale: attraversi la strada e sei al mare, attraversi la piazza e sei nel carruggio principale. Sono stata a febbraio e il silenzio è assoluto, nessun rumore di auto né rintocchi della chiesa. Giovanni, il padrone di casa, è gentile e sempre disponibile; molto apprezzate anche le attenzioni di benvenuto e di commiato. Un soggiorno impeccabile, che consiglio senza esitazioni. Mariacarla

Meraviglioso e tranquillo appartamento di fronte al mare

Appartamento decisamente spazioso in posizione fantastica, proprio di fronte alla spiaggia. Arredato con gusto, attrezzatissimo e soprattutto fantastiche le attenzioni del gentilissimo e simpaticissimo oste: bottiglia di vino in frigo, cialde di caffè di prima qualità, netflix e ci ha pure regalato delle leccornie per il viaggio di ritorno. Consigliatissimo!

Сказочный отдых в бухте Сказок

Шикарное местоположение, все рядом, дружелюбный хозяин, очень удобная и чистая квартира в которой есть все и даже гейзерная кофеварка. Шикарный вид с терассы на море и бухту. Утром виды просто завораживающие, море чистое, мы любим камушки, есть пляж с камушками он чуть дальше от квартиры, но если вы любите песок и пологий вход в море, то такой пляж почти у вашего балкона :-) и в бухте Сказок с другой стороны дома. Улица с кафешками и ресторанами в 3х минутах ходьбы, но в квартире шума от кафешек не слышно. Магазинчик сыров и соусов, фруктовая лавка, супермаркет в 5 минутах ходьбы, катера в Портофино за углом на набережной, минут 7 пешком. Не нашли в квартире пожалуй только терку для пармезана :-), но она оказалась не нужна, т.к. нашли магазин, где продают уже потертый сыр и готовый соус песто. Очень хочется вернуться в сказочный городок двух морей и в эту квартиру.

Schickes Apartment in super Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz und ein supernetter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der uns viele Tipps und Auskünfte gegeben hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und auch sicher gefühlt. Die Lage ist top, direkt an den Stränden und in der Altstadt. Wir konnten das Auto die ganze Woche stehen lassen und haben alles mit Zug, Boot oder zu Fuß erreichen können.
