La posizione è eccellente. A pochi minuti si trovano le spiagge della Sciumara e di Porto Faro. A una decina di minuti a piedi di arriva in centro a Palau e al porto per prendere la nave per la Maddalena. Il posto auto privato è un plus non da poco, il complesso condominiale è ben curato, l'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per una buona vacanza, lavatrice compresa per eventuale bucato, il patio ventilato e ben fruibile. L'accoglienza presso l'agenzia immobiliare molto efficiente e cortese.
Alcune manutenzioni sarebbero gradite, ma si sorvola visto le grandi qualità
