Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è splendida e dotata di ogni comfort, con un giardino curato e bellissimo. Ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. La posizione è ideale, a metà strada tra il centro di Villasimius e la splendida Spiaggia di Simius. Un’esperienza davvero positiva: ci piacerebbe tornare presto!

Gli spazi interni essenziali e gli ampi spazi esterni. La doccia esterna comodissima. Luogo silenzioso e protetto dal vento.
La presenza di una lavastoviglie la renderebbe perfetta 😀

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, wenn auch im Doppelbett die Bewegung des Partners stark zu spüren war. Sehr schöne Außendusche und nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Sitzgelegenheiten sowohl innen als auch auf der Terrasse ausreichend. Ruhige Lage trotz der Straße. Es gab WLAN. Gute Ausstattung was Hygieneartikel angeht sowie auch Spülmittel, Lappen, Waschmittel. Gute Beschreibung bzgl. Check-In durch den Vermieter.
Leider keine Fliegengitter in den Schlafräumen. Die Sitzgelegenheiten innen sind sehr tief. Die Küchenutensilien teils abgenutzt (Pfanne, Mokkakännchen). Schalter am Backofen defekt.

cucina poco attrezzata ( stoviglie bicchieri pentole) TV non funziona, ( solo smart TV) assenza di un divano
