NYC Cozy Private Bedroom with Free Parking & Near Subway - Business & Tourists

I am 63 years old and have traveled to many places. This was, without a doubt, the best experience of my life. It is a beautiful, welcoming, clean, and comfortable place, equipped with every amenity. It is very close to the subway, which allows you to reach the rest of New York in no time. And then there are the owners, Karlos and Karla—welcoming, polite, friendly, and helpful people. I received all the assistance I could have asked for, from the very beginning—both while I was still in Italy and once I arrived in New York. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to New York.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations. A fantastic experience that I will repeat. I will certainly return to this place every time I am in New York.

The free parking is gated, and entry is accessible. We had no issues parking, but I recommend not driving a large SUV to the property due to other vehicles not respecting the signs/marking on the street parking spaces. If you do drive a large SUV, there is ample parking on the street.

New York traffic. There is a subway station within walking distance of the home, and it will get you to almost all locations in NYC.

The hosts were very nice and hospitable. Space was roomy and wasn’t too far from the station.

No issues.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable
