Unique Home Rentals For Professionals

Ok... Where do I start? I will start by saying that there are not enough words to describe how my stay was at Unique Home Rentals... I immediately felt welcome there, and it just felt like Home. The staff made sure that I had everything I needed and more to feel comfortable. They also checked on me daily, to see if I didn't need anything. This place was by far the best place I ever stayed at. And I'm not even exagerrating. Hospitality=extremely good Hygiene=on point The neighborhood has everything you need, there's a Deli across the street, supermarkets within reach and public transportation close by. I really enjoyed my stay there and I recommend this place to everybody. The next time(s) that I('d)decide to go to New York, I won't even hesitate to book Unique Home Rentals again..

There was nothing negative, nothing but positive vibes

The cleanliness, newness, peace and quiet, the cost plus the wonderful host with great hospitality and warmth. The place is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to navigate the area.

The only thing I don’t like when it’s time for checking out!!!!!

I love everything about the property especially the host who greeted me with a pleasant smile and a quick detailed tour of a lovely house that looks brand new on the inside from the floor , bathroom to the kitchen that is equipped with basic necessities so it feels homely causing me to extend my stay because I never expected to have a hotel feel which is why I never booked a shared stay before so I am pleasantly surprised. The house and surrounding area is peaceful and not too far from other places so another plus to a clean, comfortable and restful room with everything to me relax and sleep well.

What I don’t like is inconsiderate people who rents a room like I do yet wants to take over either being loud, don’t clean up after themselves, destroy items or the place and the worst thing is when they come with more than one child and leaves them for the day so they did whatever they wanted and when anyone says something whenever she gets in she’s resentful but can’t say anything to us who rents and doesn’t disturb them but wants to take it out on the property by giving bad reviews so that others who wants somewhere for a short stay,longer stays, that’s clean, great value and whatever else…..will see a bad review and will not want to come here and they will be be one who’s losing out. As long as everyone is mindful of others and respects what is provided here….you’re going to love it like I do and I know I won’t need hotels anymore once I’m near by and if there’s any availability. I like that they respond quickly like when I wanted to ask about using the machines I got an immediate response since management will let you know if it is in use and how much, so I like that I didn’t have to wait until the next day.
