It was clean with a beautiful view. The bed was so comfortable and lovely making every day a worth spending

Very close to Mall of Asia (only ~$4CAD Grab ride). Pool access (additional expense). Large television with good wifi access. Everything was clean and host was very responsive. Alpha Mart convenience store one ground level also includes fresh meat counter and laundry service (either self serve or drop off service).

Not specific to the unit or the host - but the building itself. Out of 8 elevators, at times only 2 were in service. Sometimes the wait for the elevator reached close to 15 minutes. I just started to take the stairs down but unfortunately for security reasons you could not take stairs up so you were almost always met with a huge line waiting for the elevator. I found 4AM a good time to have the elevator almost to yourself. Due to the proximity to Roxas Blvd, noise levels can get quite high and there is currently construction going on across the street (as of Jan 2024)

Paid parking is costly/ its supposed to be free parking.

The property was close to establishments that we need The interior design was nice and appealing for us. I like the cutleries. 😊

Maybe they forgot the complementary paper towels and bathroom tissues. And I just saw little roaches. 😅
