Bryn Arthur is a stunning Victorian holiday home situated on the slopes of the Great Orme above Llandudno. Enjoy the far-reaching seaside views over the town and towards Snowdonia from the large terrace at the front.
Offering plenty of space for up to 10 guests over 3 floors. you have 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a formal dining room, 2 games rooms, stylish lounge, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room. With parking for 2 cars on the property and a 7Kw EV charger available, what more could you ask for?
From the moment you arrive you will be bowled over by this property both inside and out. When you're out on the terrace you can see Llandudno's part of the North Wales coastline in all it's glory, and then when you step inside, you are transported to a sophisticated home which has been sympathetically restored by the current owners.
Guests will love the amenities and small personal touches that make Bryn Arthur the perfect holiday home for up to 10 guests. The stylish kitchen has been designed with large gatherings in mind, there’s 2 ovens, 3 fridges plus all the other appliances you’ll need to enjoy a self-catering holiday.
On the ground floor you’ll have the choice of relaxing in the stylish lounge with its comfortable seating and views overlooking the terrace and beyond, there’s a large 55 inch television to enjoy watching your favourite programmes or movies with the bonus of Sky Q Sky Cinema and Sky Sports. The large dining table comfortably seats 10 guests, perfect for a special dinner or an evening of board games.
There’s also not one but two games rooms for guests to enjoy, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor, you’ll be able to enjoy playing on the arcade games machine, PlayStation 4, Air Hockey, Mini pool table or table football.
On the first floor guests have the choice of 3 beautifully styled ensuite bedrooms which include 1 master king and 2 double bedrooms. On the top floor there is 1 king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 games room and 1 bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs featuring Netflix or Prime subscriptions and USB charging points by every bedside - just bring your USB-C cable
Outside on the terrace you’ll find plenty of space to enjoy the views, there’s a covered bar style seating for 6 with a hi top table, a separate sofa seating area on the decking, plus a dining table that seats up to 10 guests a truly great space to enjoy al fresco dining.

"High spec property. It"s elevated position allowed great views. It also meant a steep walk up from the promenade, but worth the effort."
