Located next to the marina and in walking distance to multiple swimming beaches. Lake views, large meadow to play in, less than 15 mins to Eureka Springs, multiple kitchens and refrigerators, 2 washers/dryers, games and more! Overflow boat parking is located below the meadow. The parking lot provided will park at least 4 vehicles double parked.

This is a combination of two units in the same building, which allows you the flexibility for multiple families or groups to be close...but not that close :). The two units in the same building are broken down as follows:

Unit B:
Walk down the stairs to a spacious stay that includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 refrigerators (plenty of beverage space!) and ample indoor/outdoor living space.

Living room TV is a smart TV - sign in to your Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, etc.
Bedroom 1: King size bed, twin bunkbeds, and ensuite full bath. TV with Roku
Bedroom 2: Queen over queen bunk beds
Bedroom 3: King Bed
Additional full bath in hallway
Pull out couch
Sleeping pallets available (this is NOT included in the "sleeps 19" count above, but would be ideal for kids)
Covered patio with ample seating, two tables, and grill for your use

Completely renovated December 2022, all brand new!
First bedroom on walk-in level with King size bed

You can walk to two swimming beaches, the marina, walking trail, and food truck which is generally open Monday-Saturday (try our family favorite, breakfast burritos!). This part of Table Rock Lake is ideal for paddle boarding, fishing, boating, tubing, skiing, and more.

Less than 15 minutes to Eureka Springs for historical tours, delicious restaurants, eclectic breweries, shopping, and the Passion Play. Thirty minutes to Beaver Lake. Around an hour to Branson.

Property has a motion activated security camera at the front entrance that covers the door and parking area. Second camera is above and to left of sliding door as you walk outside of Unit B. Camera covers door, deck, patio and rear window.

Property has noise monitor, no audio is recorded but sound levels are monitored.
