About this cottage rental
Private entrance bedroom in casita. It is not connected to any other part of house and private exterior entrance. Bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom with toilet, shower, and vanity.
Room has cable TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric skillet, and closet. Located on large 2.2 acre lot only 1.6 miles from San Antonio International Airport. Heated pool which is comfortable to swim April - October. Room has been sanitized with UV C light with 24 hour break between guests.
The space.
Private bedroom and bathroom with mini kitchenette, cable TV. Small space approximately 300 sq feet. Large 2.2 acre lot with gazebo, pool, outdoor seating. Can see bats and owls in evening. Great bird watching too.

You are welcome to use any patio or outdoor space including gazebo and pool.

We had a great stay. Felt safe and secure. Ac was great. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked well. No complaints here. Would stay here again

Property owner was quick to respond. Neat neighborhood, easily accessed off of highway. About 10-15 minute drive to downtown, completely doable. Photo posted in front of property with gorgeous trees, accurate. Room listed for guests is ideally for 1-2 people only. Room is very small, no windows, on the corner of a pool house that is rented out to another tenant. Grounds completely unkempt and overgrown, consequently, overran with mosquitoes. Due to this, the gazebo and swing is inaccessible. I love pets, but it should be noted there are several cats on property - for those that may be allergic. It was nice to have access to the laundry room and swimming pool. Rate is reasonable.
