About this house rental
Comfortable and bright three-room apartment on the ground floor, well connected to the main beaches of San Teodoro and the tourist attractions of the area, such as bars and discos. The kitchenette is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: microwave, refrigerator, oven and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and an extra bed. The house is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi, television, private parking, courtesy line, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and air conditioning. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work, whether you are passing through to visit the wonders of Sardinia. Please note, at check time you will be asked to pay tourist tax according to Budoni City following rules:
March, April, May June, September and October: 0.50€ per day per person.
July and August 1.00€ per day per person.
No Tourist Tax shall be paid in the following cases:

Stay in the months of January, February, November and December
Stay longer than 30 days

Check-in for arrivals after 24:00 is subject to a surcharge of € 50.00 if done in person, it is free if done independently through the KeyBoxes present at our Welcome Point in Via Nazionale, corner Via Palermo 1 -Budoni (SS)
LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-out after 10:00 a.m. is subject to availability and an additional charge of €40 from January to May and from September to December. For the months of June, July and August of 70€. Extra: EXTRA STAY ANIMALS
Where not expressly stated, animals are allowed. An extra €20.00/night per pet and an extra cleaning fee of €50.00 per stay will be charged
EXTRA LINEN
upon request, additional linens will be provided in addition to those already included in the normal cleaning - The entire bedding set (top and bottom sheets + pillowcases), the entire bath set (small bidet sponge, medium face sponge and large shower sponge + shower mat will be provided), courtesy kit as the initial one. Cost: 30€/person.
EXTRA CRIB and CHAIR.
The request for Cot and Highchair are subject to availability and have an additional cost of 10€/night
EXTRA LUGGAGE STORAGE
It is possible to deposit luggage at our Welcome Point in Budoni at a cost of 2.50€/luggage

Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
