This home is a.pwrfect home away from home. It is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all the dishes you need to fix multiple types of food. The backyard is a beautiful paradise; in a very quiet neighborhood. With fruit trees. The fresh lemonage was amazing.The beds and amenities were spot on as described. Bed was very comfortable.Game selection and books were fun too.We used the home as a base to visit friends and family. It is centrally located to any convenience you can think of. We plan to stay here again when we return to Sacramento.

This house worked amazingly well for our needs. We stayed for 3 weeks. Two of our kids were in the area for summer youth programs. My husband and I work remotely and our oldest was taking summer college courses online. This house had space for all 3 of us to sit and work without interrupting each other. The rooms also worked for our needs; two twins beds in one room for our youngest kids and our oldest got her own room. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances we needed and enough space to cook and prep meals. The backyard and patio area was serene and quiet. Very nice neighborhood. The owners were also very responsive. We had a small issue that was resolved within hours, which was incredible. Overall, our stay was amazing. We will definitely consider staying again if we’re in the area.

Cute, quirky mid-century modern home. Better than the photos in person, lots of natural light from the skylights and transome windows. Beautiful backyard with deck, wind chime, lawn, flowers, and fruit trees. The AC and appliances all worked fine while there. There were TVs, but we never used them. Soft cotton bath linens, comfortable beds, poly-blend sheets. Ceiling fans worked in all rooms except the 2 twin bedroom (maybe just needs new battery for remote?) The home was peaceful and quiet. Landscapers came on Thursday morning. Location was convenient, shopping nearby, and close to our planned events. Communication with host was good and check-in/out process was easy. Would recommend and stay there again. Overall a wonderful stay.

This home is nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood—perfect for families looking to feel right at home.While we did notice a few flies and some granddaddy long-leg mosquitoes indoors, it wasn’t anything unmanageable.The spacious deck and backyard were a highlight, offering plenty of room for our little ones to play and explore.Overall, we can’t say enough good things about this property. It was a wonderful stay.

Great for a couple with 3 children. The king size bed was comfortable but the master tub/shower was a bit deep which made it difficult to step into this is harder for older adults as we are. The main bath seemed to be ok. The other two bedrooms have only single beds which would be ok for children but I would suggest a queen size bed in one of those. The living area needs more comfortable seating as there is plenty of floor space for it. We enjoyed the back deck while enjoying a small fire pit. Overall the house was comfortable with quality heat and air with a call to Tosha we were able to adjust the thermostat. Thank you

The house was fantastic. It had more than we needed and it was very clean. The backyard is amazing! We live in the desert in AZ so the dogs were loving the grass and plants. The yard was secure so they couldn’t get out while they had adventure time. The kids had ample space. I had to telework a little bit and the Internet worked great. The neighborhood is great. Quiet and no through traffic. It’s near everything you would need. Love love love having plants around the house. It felt like home away from home. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this stay. The house and yard are beautiful and the location was great! The decor and vibe was cool and overall a relaxing place to hang out with all the amenities you’d need. It was really close to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We were only there for the weekend but really loved it and would definitely stay there again!

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, very comfortable house in Citrus Heights, CA, east of the city of Sacramento and close to a major shopping and dining area. It is about equi-distant from HIghway 50 and I80, making it ideal for taking day trips to the many attractions near there - Calaveras Big Trees, Lake Tahoe, the Highway 49 Gold Country towns, Old Town Sacramento, etc. The back yard is completely fenced and beautifully landscaped, it was perfect for our little dogs to run and work off some energy. The house itself is very well kept, the beds are very comfortable, water pressure in the bathrooms is good. It has a coffee machine that will either do a big pot or use pods. Kitchen is well stocked, however I do advise buying ice since the fridge ice maker doesn't work. Our hostess, Tasha, was very responsive, very welcoming, even though we had to call her to figure out how to open the lockbox! Bottom line - I would highly recommend this place!

Tosha's place is so warm and bright. The natural light really brightens the space and your mood every day. The home is very modern and tastefully decorated. We had all we needed with kitchen cook wear and utensils. The backyard is basically a fruit grove. The plum tree was our favorite. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were a delight and very friendly. I would not hesitate for a minute to rebook for a longer stay.

Very wonderfull all around. Very comfortable and we had more than we needed in the house. Very gratefull. The water pressure in the guest shower was slow/low/weak. But thats was the only complaint i would have. Everything was very clean and super neat. Very welcoming and lovely. I wish we took more time to enjoy the back yard but we were busy seeing friends.

The property was clean and welcoming. Lovely kitchen and family room. The backyard was peaceful and beautiful. The master bedroom and bathroom had issues. The pillows were terrible, the bedding was cheap, the towels smelled and the luke warm water heater was a joke when taking a shower or bath. Some work needs to be done by the host in my opinion.

Four adults stayed to visit family in the area, and the house was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but a short drive to grocery store/pharmacy/restaurants; the master bedroom was large and the mattress was very comfortable; the backyard was large and lush with lots of seating, the main TV was enormous and had a great sound system, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals; and there were so many thoughtful touches: a collection of games, a remote for the garage door, plenty of towels and blankets, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, screens so you can open windows and sliding doors for air without letting in bugs - all in all just a perfect home away from home.Tosha was very responsive and helpful, and we look forward to staying here again when we visit in the future.
