Enter to this beautiful, fully renovated, garden studio apartment through a private terrace with garden. Inside find one large room divided by a curtain into bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with sofa bed and flat screen tv, one bathroom and eat in kitchen. The room has an air conditioning. Park your car in the parking lot inside our fence and walk to one of many beaches that are only 100m away.
About Šimuni
Šimuni is situated in a natural deep bay and on a small peninsula where our house is. It is the greenest village on the Island of Pag. The bay is home to ACI marina https://aci-marinas.com/hr/mar... On the other side of peninsula are the most beautiful beaches that border the Šimuni camp https://www.camping-simuni.hr/. Beautiful pebble beaches are very popular for families with kids but also for people of all ages who seek peace and quiet. Beaches are surrounded with a layer of green pine trees and dalmatian oak that are perfect natural shade for the hot summer months. There is an unpaved path around the peninsula perfect for a morning jog or an evening stroll.
There is a small Saint Nichola's church, 2 grocery shops, 4 restaurants in the village and 5 bar/restaurants on the beaches.
