The location is very convenient, close to the beach and with a store and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was also easy and the apartment has pretty much everything you need. We would come back to this apartment.
This is nitpicking because overall we were happy, but the 9AM check out is quite early (we ended up leaving a day early because of the weather so it didn't bother us, but with a small child you need more time to pack and tidy up).

Sehr gute Lage, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. 3 Minuten zum Meer.
Esstisch ist nur auf dem Balkon vorhanden.

Ok location, good apartment for 4 member family with 2 small kids (kids slept on couch).
Bakery close, peaceful, lots of parking space, nice balcony, rocky beach 30m away.
A bit far to the kids friendly beach for a walk.
Faucet in kitchen leaking, but it was fixed next day.
Couldn’t open/close window in bedroom (mechanism is rusted, probably needs some WD40)
