About this apartment rental
The Asmuss Vacation Rental is located in a detached former farmhouse. The red-brick house is situated in a rural setting between Kappeln and Gelting.
The apartment is a bright, cozy ground-floor unit that was renovated in 2022. The hosts, the Asmuss family, look forward to welcoming you as curious guests who want to discover or revisit our beautiful Schlei region.
The bathroom has been renovated. With a living area of approximately 65 m² and 2 rooms, it offers plenty of space for 2 people.
The owners, the Asmuss family—along with their dog Toby—live on the upper floor.
The house has central heating, a solar panel system on the roof of the adjacent shed, and a small vegetable garden.
Asmuss Vacation Rental:
The vacation rental is located on the first floor of a former farmhouse. The entrance has a small step; otherwise, the entire vacation rental is at ground level.
You enter the apartment through a spacious hallway with a coat rack. From here, you proceed into the living room with a cozy corner sofa, a TV, and a coffee table. You’ll also find a dining table with chairs here. A small seating area with two rocking chairs and a side table rounds out the room.
From the hallway, you enter the spacious kitchen with a two-part kitchenette. Here you’ll find all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare your own meals: a ceramic cooktop with an oven and range hood, a sink, and a dishwasher. A kettle, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a microwave are, of course, also included. A small dining table with chairs is perfect for breakfast.
A small hallway leads to the bathroom on the right and the bedroom on the left.
The newly renovated bathroom is the perfect place to relax and freshen up for the day. Here you’ll find a sink with an illuminated mirror (including a makeup mirror), a toilet, an urinal, and a barrier-free walk-in shower. Underfloor heating rounds out the look of this beautiful bathroom.
The bedroom features an open wardrobe and a TV mounted on the wall. It features a very comfortable 2x2-meter bed. Towels and bed linens are included in the price.
From the kitchen, you can access a small storage room where you can store suitcases and other items. Cleaning supplies are also available there, should you need them.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
