Completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1900 sq ft cottage on Lake Norman with private boat dock, screened in sunroom, and covered deck. Imagine yourself enjoying beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset on Lake Norman from the sunroom with floor to ceiling glass windows on all sides. Plenty of area to park your boat, RV, jet skis, or kayaks. Large swimming or paddling area and plenty of yard space to play in. Views of Lake Norman as soon as you enter the home, from the kitchen, dining area, living space, and master bedroom. Windows in every room and skylights that allow ample light and a cozy gas fireplace in the living space and bedroom. The amazing sunroom offers a place to hang out, watch TV, play games, and much more… The patio right off the house offers shade and seating so you can enjoy the lake views.

Location: quiet inlet on Lake Norman; minimal boat traffic/noise.Lodging: comfortable beds in all BRs. (Excellent floor plan: the kids were down the hall in the bunkbed room, far from the comfortable adult bedrooms.) Our 3 generation/6 member family enjoyed every minute.Bonuses: huge dock/pier; our 2 grandsons executed a million dives into the water and spent remaining time paddling the furnished kyacks in the Lake. Large pontoon boat on site; available for rental (altho we didn't try it.)
