The beds were very comfy.
The kitchen had bare minimum. Little to no utensils (cooking or eating), no sponge to clean dishes, no paper towels, no spoons, no bowls, or non plastic drinking cups. Some of the seating furniture were broken. ACs in rooms were powerful but the only common area (the kitchen) had no AC and was very hot. Just before leaving saw a roach in one of the kitchen drawers. The shower was nice and hot but the pressure was mid and the body wash was used for hand washing instead of hand soap.
We needed it for a one night stay and late checkout so the place did the job. The host was very accommodating when our flight was delayed and needed to stay a few hours longer.
