Nice quiet place for relaxing time off

The location was great—close enough to the main tourist attractions to be convenient, yet far enough from the city noise to feel peaceful and relaxing. The indoor pool and in-house sauna were excellent features that added real value to the stay.

There are a few areas where we believe improvements could enhance the overall guest experience: Lack of Appliance Instructions: There were no instructions provided for using appliances such as the sauna, dishwasher, or oven (if available). Many similar accommodations include brief, clear guides to help guests use these items with ease. Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi instructions were difficult to locate, and we had to restart the router to get it working properly. Limited Dishware: There weren’t enough clean plates and cups. While this might be sufficient for two guests, it could become an issue for groups of four or more. Difficult Door Access: Accessing the apartment was challenging. Even after the host demonstrated the technique, it remained a struggle, and we were genuinely concerned about being locked out. No Air Conditioning: The absence of AC significantly impacts comfort—especially in the summer months. This could affect the property's appeal to future guests. While the overall rating for this property seems a bit generous based on our experience, we’ve chosen to rate all categories as “Good” in the interest of being fair and not negatively impacting the host’s overall score. One inconvenience was the key pickup process—you have to drive 10–15 minutes to a main office to collect the keys. This could be discouraging for some guests, especially those relying on public transportation or arriving after a long journey. For the price paid, we expected a more convenient check-in experience.

Strandnah, geräumig mit moderner Ausstattung. Für Gäste die eine Küchenzeile nutzen möchten.

Frühstück kam pünktlich als warmes Assietenessen (nach 09.00 Uhr). Lage am Ortsrand. Ruhig und strandnah, Feuchtwiese und Wald daneben. Das Haus ist für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Schwimmbecken ist klein und eher ein Kinderbecken. Haltestelle für Bus-Stadtverkehr nahegelegen!

Zeitweise besetzte Rezeption ohne Fremdsprachenkenntnisse. Keine Vorabinformation dass der Schlüssel im 3km entfernten Servicebüro abzuholen war. Codierung funktionierte nicht so dass wir den Haupteingang nicht öffnen konnten. Das Frühstück ist insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert (durchgeweicht, keine Ballaststoffe, wenig Gemüse). Keine deutschsprachige Informationen zum Hause (Mappe).

Super ausgestattetes Appartement mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Natur, der Strand war fussläufig mit Kleinkind innerhalb von 20 min. Der Strand super gepflegt. Pools und Sauna waren auch sehr clean. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Sprachbarriere da anfangs niemand deutsch noch englisch sprach, leider nur per SMS und Übersetzer war eine Kommunikation wieder am Anreise Tag wollten wir die Sauna de Appartements nutzen beim anmachen flogen die Sicherungen raus. Wodurch die Nutzung der Haushaltsgeräte nicht mehr möglich war leider. Hier war leider auch die Sprachbarriere im Weg leider. Dies hat aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht weniger Schön gemacht

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Föhn, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer und alles, was man sonst noch alles braucht. Insgesamt ist das Apartment super modern und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Sauna im Bad, die wirklich toll ist. Der Pool ist beheizt und mit der Aussicht ein echter Hingucker. Es gibt sogar Bademäntel und extra Handtücher.

Für einen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt haben wir lediglich eine kleine Tubu Shampoo, 1,5 Rollen Klopapier und eine angefangene Zewa Rolle bekommen. Damit kamen wir mit 4 Personen nicht ganz hin. Auch die Tabs für die Spülmaschine haben nicht gereicht. Zudem hätten wir uns eine Info gewünscht, dass das Frühstück, das wir gebucht haben, nur ein Lunchpaket für den Verzehr in der Unterkunft ist. Man hat dementsprechend keine Auswahlmöglichkeit. Das Lunchpaket ist aber sehr cool gemacht. Es gibt jeden Tag etwas Anderes. Schlüsselübergabe ist ca. 4 km entfernt vom Hotel.
