Es ist groß und nicht weit vom Bahnhof und Zentrum.
Leider war die Ausstattung nicht annähernd so gut wie beschrieben. Das schlimmste war, dass es nur eine Heizung mit Heizkessel gibt, wodurch es nie wirklich warm geworden ist. Zudem war es nicht sauber. Gerade die Abflüsse waren eine Zumutung und das Wasser ist nicht richtig abgeflossen. Ausserdem sind die Wände dünn und die anderen Bewohner des Gebäudes waren Nachts sehr Laut.
