Proximity to beach Well equipped
It needs some maintenance and a good clean. Main bedroom windows don’t open! Fire risk? Entrance door handle loose.Black mould under rim of kitchen sink and black mould on both bathrooms tiles which obviously a lack of good general cleaning. I emailed the property on the link provided by Sykes Cottages whilst we were staying there but never received a reply. Very disappointed with service

Excellent property 7 minute walk from Fistral Beach.
The location excellent, 7 minute walk to Fistral beach. Immaculately clean. Modern light and spacious. 2 Bathrooms, showers excellent dishwasher. Towels and bedding crisp white. Would definately stay again.
The Balcony overlooks the car park, as it was ground level there were people walking past but you could still sit out, it is a large balcony and you can see the sea in the distance. We all agreed pillows a little too hard. I would suggest taking a hand mirror, beautiful big mirrors but not great for putting make up on close up. These did not spoil our holiday, the beautiful apartment itself fully makes up for these minor things.
