NIcely laid out and comfortable with a lovely balcony.
Plenty of space.
Nice decoration.
The balcony is lovely but we couldn't use it as it doesn't get the Sun and it was too breezy.
We only had half a toilet roll each in the bathrooms so had to buy.
Lack of cupboard storage for tins, cereals etc.
Sofas were stained.
Twin beds showing signs of wear with shallow mattresses.
No info folder although there were plenty of leaflets in drawers.

It needs some maintenance and a good clean. Main bedroom windows don’t open! Fire risk? Entrance door handle loose.Black mould under rim of kitchen sink and black mould on both bathrooms tiles which obviously a lack of good general cleaning. I emailed the property on the link provided by Sykes Cottages whilst we were staying there but never received a reply. Very disappointed with service
