The hotel grounds is a little piece of heaven. It is green and so beautifully maintained. The breakfast veranda is a great place to prepare a simple meal/snack and also to catch a breeze and have a chat with fellow quests. The little private beach is handy for a quieter day when you don’t want a busy beach or if you fancy an early morning swim. Jason and his family/staff made us feel at home and like we were family. They just couldn’t do enough for us and were constantly checking everting was ok.
A couple of fairly minor things. We were in the economy room which was quite small, but we hardly spent any time in the soon so it didn’t bother us. The mattress was very hard but once you get used to it. It wasn’t a problem. Mosquitoes were quite relentless and we had a few in the room which had eaten us alive. The mosquito nets weren’t really doing the job. We ended up buying some mosquito spray and plug in repellent which seemed To help.
