Das Zimmer ist perfekt und es hat ein grosses bequemes Bett. Der Balkon ist auch perfekt und die Aussicht ist phantastisch. Mit direktem Meerblick. Das Bad ist auch super. Für alle die die Duschengrösse bemängelt haben: das ist die griechische Grösse. Die Lage ist super zentral. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und sehr hilfreich. Und das Preis ist super.

The room was nice and very reasonably priced, especially for a sea-view room.

While the place itself had its merits, my overall experience was spoiled by an unpleasant encounter during our checkout. The checkout time was clearly stated as 12 pm, both in our booking confirmation and on a sign inside the room. However, at 10:48 am on the day of checkout, I received a text from the owner with the concise message, "You have the room until 11 am.". My travel companion and I were considerate and had our belongings packed and ready by 11:55 am. To our surprise, the owner arrived at the room and questioned why we hadn't left yet. In response, I politely mentioned that the checkout time was at 12 pm. Regrettably, the owner responded in an extremely rude manner, using inappropriate language and showing little regard for our explanation. He insisted that we had ignored his text and claimed that the next guests were waiting for the room. Such behavior was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Despite feeling upset and disheartened by the owner's attitude, we respected the property rules and vacated the room promptly at 12 pm. Needless to say, this negative encounter significantly impacted our overall holiday experience. Considering this regrettable incident, I cannot recommend staying at Fantasia House. While the place itself might have its merits, the unprofessional and disrespectful conduct of the owner during our checkout outweighs any positives. If you decide to stay here, I advise you to have clear communication about the agreed-upon checkout time.
