    Pertama kali menginap disini. Sampai lokasi jam 12.30, dan blm bisa check in krn baru bs check in jam 3. Sayang nya di resepsionis, tdk ada fasilitas menitip koper, jadi kami terpaksa harus menyewa loker lagi yang ada di sekitar residence tersebut. Kecewa sebenarnya krn harus keluar uang lagi untuk penyewaan loker, yang agak pricey untuk loker besar. Untuk unit nya sendiri, mewah,bersih dan lengkap fasilitas nya. Ga kecewa sih, ditambah ada mini market di bawah nya kalau ada kebutuhan yang kurang. Tapi ada sayang nya juga, karena kami dpt tower C, jd akses masuk nya juga harus ke belakang, melalui lorong yang gelap. Overall sih ok lah

    Plus points + Can change the room due to AC not working + Clean rooms + Nice view + Free parking spot + Secure Minus points - first room AC not working. 2 of them. - customer service slow respond. Can be more than 1 day. Need to ask their help offline to make it faster. - only one access card.

    Our room aircond were very noisy. Despite calling so many times no body came to fix it. The house was clean but due to the unavailability of response we couldn’t sleep properly
