The room was very spacious and allowed us to stay comfortably for the days we were staying here. The bed was extra large and comfortable, and the additional sofa was a bonus. Wi-Fi strength was fantastic and allowed us to work directly from the room, with no problems.
As already clear from the photos on Booking.com, the room is a basement room. The two windows available are too high up to be closed at will, particularly disturbing throughout the night as people and vehicles, including trucks, keep passing by at all hours. Having double or triple glazed windows that one could close would certainly make the stay better. Natural light is very limited inside, with one window facing a narrow lane being the only way to realise whether it's day or night outside as the window facing St Ursula Street seems obstructed by the current works in progress. It's fine if you're a heavy sleeper and all you have to do is sleep at night and wander the islands, perhaps a bit less if one has to spend some hours of the day inside the actual room. Having said this, the room is very spacious. If the owners could solve the noise and lack of natural light issues, this room would be perfect.

The structure
No day light in the property. No kettle, no kitchen as shown in pictures. Spiderweb on the ceiling. Washing machine and dryer outside the front door of the room, not enough ventilation. Extremely hot. Television not set to watch.
