The property was decent and clean. It was good enough for a group of 4 adults and 4 children. Louise was very attentive to my concerns and always respond quickly. Although we had to get used to the idea of open-planned bedroom with the shower room/toilet. Other than that, it was decent for us.
We had a few nights where the upstairs neighbours were inconsiderate and noisy in early hours of the morning. It was a struggled to have a good night sleep but Louise was very concerned about the issue and she did her very best to fix the problem with the neighbours.

Great location to getting where we wanted to go, beds where really comfy.
The neighbours upstairs where walking around a lot at night we felt they where trying to get all their steps in at night time and there dog barked a lot at night.

The Host Louise is very nice and helpful. She let us drop off our luggage earlier before check in so we could go for lunch and start our tour in London. On the check out day, she let us leave our luggage in the unit, to help a member of our group to apply for an emergency passport in the morning, after her purse was stolen in a bakery shop at KINGS CROSS in the evening before check out.

Molto rumorosa . Gli abitanti sopra creavano confusione tutte le sere; il cane di grosse dimensioni che abitava sopra correva tanto da far vibrare il soffitto e abbaiava a tutte le ore. Venivano buttate le sigarette dal piano sopra nel giardino del appartamento. Odore forte di muffa e pulizia superficiale. Non curato per niente il giardino e nemmeno ingresso del abitazione.
