The Host Louise is very nice and helpful. She let us drop off our luggage earlier before check in so we could go for lunch and start our tour in London. On the check out day, she let us leave our luggage in the unit, to help a member of our group to apply for an emergency passport in the morning, after her purse was stolen in a bakery shop at KINGS CROSS in the evening before check out.

M ha agradat la decoracio, la neteja I els electrodomestics alta gama. El mobiliari es de bona qualitat I els llençols I tovalloles tambe. Tambe la proximitat amb la estacio de metro es un punt a favor.
No m ha agradat que les manetes de les portes estiguin trencades, tambe algunes rajoles del terre estaven trencades, alguna bombeta fosa, el cable de la TV solt, coses que requereixen un bon manteniment. L apartament no está ben mantingut. Quan plou hi ha una gotera a la cuina. I el bany del dormitori principal segueix sense porta, suggereixo posible cortina per mantenir la privacitat.
