A cost effective stay

The owner was kind, helpful and provided a great experience. Rooms were comfortable and meet our needs.

Overall good, clean, comfortable :)

A lot of stores nearby, great connection to the city (a lot of buses). Great value for money, we had a nice time! The language barrier was no problem for the host as she knows her ways around google translate :)

There was a little confusion on wether or not we could use the washing machine, but even though it wasn’t included in our price, she did not charge us extra for running a short program :)

Good stay

Ther Room was quite big so you have a lot of space. The Bed was comfortable and you have a lot of storrage room. You also have air conditioner. The Kitchen is nice for easy breakfast/cooking There is also a balkony. It was always super clean!

the shared Bathroom is a bit annoying sometimes because when you life with 6 people it can be crowded, especially in the morning.

Great stay! A bunch of buses close by.

Very clean, Elena is nice and so is the staff. All the amenities, clean bathroom with a washing machine and they even give you a small bottle of detergent (I realized when we were leaving, but I had my own detergent paper with no perfume). We got stuck in Venice and had to stay the night and Elena were very gracious and let us check out later. Thank you!

the property was very clean and Elena was lovely to provide a proper tour. host does not speak any English , so just something to keep in mind. Elena was lovely and welcoming. free coffee on the property.

the walls are quite thin and unfortunately we were next to a few drunk guys that would get into the next room very late, I didn’t feel the safest at times. the neighborhood is a bit sketch but nothing bad happened. it’s not really your own apartment as your sharing with two other rooms, so I felt that was deceiving in the ad.

L'obligation d'arriver avant 21h et difficultés pour le premier contact . L'hôte aurait dû m'appeler pour me prévenir par tous les moyens ( mail telephone etc..) qu'elle ne pouvait pas me recevoir après 21h et me donner un numéro d'urgence . Nous avons du payer un supplément et L'hôte s'est retranché sur les règles écrites sur Booking.com. Nous avons failli être à la rue !!! Heureusement qu'elle était encore dans l'immeuble.. merci de Revoir le processus de remises des clés avec cet hôte d'autant plus qu'elle ne parle qu'italien que je maitrisait mal

Buongiorno, vorremmo esprimere il nostro disappunto per il trattamento ricevuto durante il soggiorno. Siamo stati accolti in modo molto maleducato, sia io che la mia compagnia. Inoltre, ci è stata fatta pagare la tassa di soggiorno, nonostante fossimo residenti a Verona e quindi. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una camera chiusa, contrariamente a quanto indicato. Come se non bastasse, alle 1 di notte abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio di lamentele per presunto rumore, quando in realtà stavamo semplicemente guardando la TV a volume molto basso, senza arrecare disturbo. Siamo rimasti davvero delusi dal comportamento ricevuto e ci auguriamo che situazioni simili non si ripetano con altri ospiti. Cordiali saluti
