We loved our stay here! The apartment catered perfectly to our family of four — spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in was flexible and easy. The facilities were great, and the location couldn’t be better — just minutes from the Metro and train station, with malls, supermarkets, and lovely parks for the kids nearby. North Sydney is such a beautiful, peaceful area — safe, convenient, and close to stunning harbour views, cafes, and restaurants. Highly recommended for families!

Location was excellent.

Parking floors not labelled. Difficult to find parking space as number on door which was open - should be on back wall in big numbers. VERY TIGHT spot. Kitchen- only 2 x liquid detergents provided for 3 guests x 4 nights. Only 1 tea towel. Only 1 dishcloth so used dishcloth to wipe benches too - not hygienic. Cupboard doors very greasy. Only one and incorrect plug for double sink. Broken sharp knife left in drawer. Oven mits revolting. Only 1 dishwasher powder sachet. Bathroom - Severe shortage of towel hooks. Shower door doesn't close easily. Only 2 x shampoo & conditioner for 3 guests x 4 nights. Only 2 x half toilets rolls for 3 guests x 4 nights. Only 2 sachets laundry detergent but also a new large bottle of laundry liquid?? Washing machine drawer and controls too high for me to reach. Lounge - sliding door was open when we arrived. Floor mat needs cleaning as do carpets lounges and air con. Small bedroom mattresses very poor for an adult, Main bedroom picture over the bed was missing when we arrived. These are small details but could have improved our stay greatly.
