I was there for 1 night - in and out - whatever....

I liked the location, and the price (according to the location).

The inaccuracy of the room and the pictures of "a room." Understandable it Not going to be exactly like the pictures, but my room felt it was way off.

Just okay. We moved on after two nights and will not stay again when we return for spring training.

Our room was located next to two exits so we had easy access to our vehicle.

We were not provided our code for entry and had to email to get it. Our room smelled HORRIBLY of smoke. Because this is a non-smoking property we were very surprised. We had to keep our luggage closed and nothing could be hung in the closet or it smelled of smoke and had to be washed. This was very annoying!!

Now we know why it was priced so low

Good location, easy to use the keypad to get in, good size apartment.

It smelled like an ashtray, I think they tried to clean it, which just made it smell worse. We brought our clothes in for the one night stay and they smelled like cigarettes in our car home and all of our clothes needed to be washed afterwards. The mattress was sitting on a small cupboard box on the floor , it was a king size mattress, but the bedding did not fit it very well, no bedframe and just overall it looked like a very well used 1970s apartment.

Not what we expected from the advertised pictures

convenient location.

Apartment had a bad vibe because it seemed to house a lot of older, odd people that congregated at outer doorway smoking and talking loudly into late evening. Made for uncomfortable stay.

It’s a very nice place and a good value. I would stay again.

I liked most everything. We had an issue with the refrigerator but was taken care of within a few minutes of calling our host. Lot of people hanging around the facility , maybe a gate with security would be good. Overall a nice stay.

Everything was fine. Just need a more secure facility. The pool was suppose to be heated and it wasent. There’s really nothing else to complain about.

Disappointing

Location and staff

It appears quite dated and run down. Much smaller than online pictures portrayed. Could hear people upstairs walking around and talking. Fridge wasn't very cold. Only lighting in living area was horrible overhead fluorescent light and the two lights in bedroom had no bulbs. There was no creamer or sugars for the coffee, no bottles of water. Basically, it was just a little sad.
